What services are included in the sale price?
The price already includes shipping insurance, a 1-year warranty, and unlimited technical support. Additionally, we have covered the 5%–20% sales tax on your behalf—no extra tax will be charged at checkout.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our batteries come with UL/CE certifications, so you can use them safely every day. Just remember to keep them away from open flames or dangerous areas. What’s more, all car batteries and accessories have an IPX6 waterproof rating—they work fine in the rain—but for safety, it’s better to avoid using them when it rains.
How to Remove Speed Restrictions？
Beneath the QS7 seat, you will find two interconnected white cables. Simply disconnect these cables to disable the speed limiter. To restore the 25 km/h speed limit function, reconnect the cables.
Dolneed to assemble the bike?
90% of the bike is pre-assembled. You only need three steps to start using it: tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components—then you’re ready to ride.

I purchased the DEEPOWER H20 Pro from Squali Express and I am extremely satisfied. The bike is of excellent quality, with a sturdy frame, powerful motor, and 20x4.0 fat tires that are very comfortable even on rough roads. I travel 9km a day and the battery lasts longer than stated. Squali Express delivery was super fast, packaging was perfect, and it arrived earlier than expected. The seller was very kind and helpful, responded to me immediately despite the time difference, and sent me the red fork cover back without any problems. What a fkin fast ass delivery.. delivered within 6 days.. it was easy to put the parts together with the yt video link. first i was a bit skeptical about this bije because of the reviews people were complaining that certain things didn’t work about the bike that the salesperson didn’t replied. but everything works perfect! only thing that i saw that was a lil bit broken is the guard of the backwheel but thank god i have 2 older fatbikes in my basement.. soo i will fine tune this bike to my liking (changing the steering wheel)

The gears shift automatically, it brakes hard, and you feel safe.
Super powerful motor, doesn't slow down even when going uphill with my 95kg weight. It has a small connector at the seat tube that can be plugged in or unplugged to secure or release the bike. No problem with French law. I'm braked on the road, unbraked on the trails.
54 km/h for me at full load. Autonomy in mixed mode: more than 75km with one bar remaining on the gauge.
Simple and complete screen.
Comes with a metal phone holder that is very sturdy, holds my S22 Ultra without any problem, and it doesn't move even on bumpy roads.
To see, I disassembled the battery, which is a replaceable unit that can be easily replaced when it becomes worn out.

Hello, bike as described, seller responded to every request, I already have a bike in the same style with 26-inch wheels so I know this style quite well. Small downside upon receipt: the pedal assist was not working even after checking the screen, so I wrote to the seller who responded quickly and sent me the defective part back in 10 days. I just replaced it and everything is fine!
