What services are included in the sale price?
The price already includes shipping insurance, a warranty of up to 2 years (coverage varies by component), and unlimited technical support. Additionally, we have covered the 5%–20% sales tax on your behalf—no extra tax will be charged at checkout.
Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our batteries come with UL/CE certifications, so you can use them safely every day. Just remember to keep them away from open flames or dangerous areas. What’s more, all car batteries and accessories have an IPX6 waterproof rating—they work fine in the rain—but for safety, it’s better to avoid using them when it rains.
Is the speed limited?
Yes. In line with EU regulations (EN 15194), motor assistance stops at 25 km/h. Modifying or bypassing the speed limiter is prohibited: the bike would no longer be legal on public roads and the warranty would be void.
Dolneed to assemble the bike?
90% of the bike is pre-assembled. You only need three steps to start using it: tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components—then you’re ready to ride.

The bike arrived in just a few days, exactly 3 with BRT. It was very easy to assemble, except for the brake adjustment, which I'm not able to do. It arrived already unlocked, but to set it to 25km/h, you just need to reconnect those two small white pins under the seat near the handle.
Impressions after the first use: they are not sporty at all. This morning I did 26 km of uphill and downhill and my legs didn't suffer at all.

This e-bike is extremely comfortable. its standard speed is 24.9 km/h, but after disconnecting the speed-limiter cable, it reaches up to 45 km/h. however, doing so drains the battery much faster. everything else is working fine. there was a small dent on the handlebar, but i decided to ignore it."

2nd cycle of battery finished. 156km total with 25km/h limiter cable connected (with better handling it can even go further). The bike arrived on time, but with some light scratches under the display, nothing too noticeable. Compared to what was stated in the sales screen, the "Reverse Mode" is missing. The economy is noticeable, but it's not a big problem. The bike is basic but it's a rocket.
