Will there be safety risks with the battery?
Our batteries come with UL/CE certifications, so you can use them safely every day. Just remember to keep them away from open flames or dangerous areas. What’s more, all car batteries and accessories have an IPX6 waterproof rating—they work fine in the rain—but for safety, it’s better to avoid using them when it rains.
Which factors contribute to the riding range?
Riding range is influenced by assist mode, terrain, wind conditions, temperature, surface type, traffic stops, rider's weight, load, and tire pressure etc.

I received the bike, it is just like in the photo.
The problem is with the transportation; all the front braking systems are damaged.
The frame also took a hit.

The delivery was fast. The bike reaches 55 km/h and the seat is super comfortable when it's fully electric, but the seat is a bit low if you have to pedal only.

This is my honest review of this bike so far. It accelerates very fast and has plenty of power. Overall, it’s a really good bike.
One thing to note is that it’s not very comfortable to pedal if you’re a tall person. The riding position may feel cramped during pedaling. Other than that, i’ve had a good experience.
The seller has also been very helpful and responds as quickly as possible, which i really appreciate.
I’ve only ridden the bike twice so far, so i’ll post a more detailed review after i’ve spent more time using it.

As for the bike, it does not have strong waterproofing, so if you are considering it for courier work, it's better to look at other options or do waterproofing yourself, which is what I did. The control unit was already filled with resin, which makes the process easier. I completed the waterproofing in 3 days, and I can say that after these modifications, I am very satisfied with the purchase because it is very good for the price.
